Laminazione Sottile Group achieves a new and significant milestone in its social responsibility journey, obtaining the UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification for gender equality across all its 4 Italian sites: Laminazione Sottile, Italcoat, Contital, and IPS.

Attaining this certification involved a rigorous analysis process structured around the six assessed areas of the national reference practice:
- Culture and strategy
- Governance
- HR processes
- Growth and inclusion
- Equal remuneration
- Parental status and caregiving
Concretely, the path required defining clear commitments, measuring specific indicators, and assigning precise internal responsibilities. This entire process was validated through an independent audit conducted by SGS S.r.l., a leading globally accredited certification body.
By achieving the UNI/PdR 125:2022 standard, the Group introduces key advancements into its daily operations. Formal, written, and identical recruitment and career growth policies are being implemented for everyone, ensuring that professional paths can fully resume after a caregiving leave. Furthermore, an appointed representative and a dedicated channel have been introduced to handle reports.
The system relies on continuous monitoring: the certification is valid for three years and will undergo an annual maintenance audit, site by site, to guarantee that the commitments made remain steady and that inclusion parameters continue to improve.
