Sustainability Report 2023
2023 was a truly important year for Laminazione Sottile. In fact, the company has celebrated 100 years of activity: a prestigious and meaningful milestone which testifies to resilience and capacity for innovation. On the one hand, this anniversary offered us the opportunity to celebrate the goals and successes achieved; on the other hand, it gave us the opportunity to reflect on the activities to undertake in the near future, which we will strive to make increasingly sustainable.
In the Sustainability Report 2023 we tried to collect all the efforts made during the year to express our concept of sustainability: environmental and social. Not only have we invested in advanced technologies to reduce CO2 emissions, but we have also supported cultural and public utility initiatives, promoting projects to combat food waste and supporting local communities with donations of thousands of aluminium foil containers to public and social canteens.
We continue to invest in cutting-edge systems to ensure high-quality products and excellent service; we are constantly committed to guaranteeing customers solutions that can respond to new market needs; but, above all, we focus on our employees by organizing training programs to allow each employee to have the necessary tools to develop their potential and actively contribute to the growth of the Group.
All this and much more has been addressed in the pages of the new Sustainability Report which once again recounts the challenges, passions and initiatives that have marked not only 2023, but the last 100 years.
