Today we get to know Francesco Cucinella<\/strong>, a young and passionate Process Engineer in IPS\u00a0Industrial Packaging Solution<\/a>,<\/strong> at the Spinetta Marengo site. In a dynamic and strategic role, Francesco works closely with all departments to optimise production processes and improve plant efficiency.<\/p>\n

In this interview, he tells us what motivates him in his work, his most significant experiences within our Group and some curiosities about his life outside the company.<\/p>\n

To begin with, tell us a little about yourself. What is your current role within the company?<\/strong>
\nMy name is Francesco Cucinella, I am 27 years old, and I have been a Process Engineer at IPS in Spinetta Marengo for just over two years. My role allows me to collaborate with all departments of the company, collecting and analyzing data, standardizing plant process parameters, and identifying bottlenecks. Together with the IPS team, we look for solutions to improve the performance, efficiency, and quality of the production lines, and we oversee their implementation.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>What do you like most about your job, and what stimulates you the most?<\/strong>
\nI love the dynamic aspect of my role, which often allows me to step away from the PC screen and interact with other team members in different areas. The best part is undoubtedly being able to spend time in the field. I also enjoy taking part in machine operations to better understand the root causes of problems.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>During your career within our Group, what experience has impacted you the most?<\/strong>
\nOne particularly interesting experience was the Leadership in Health and Safety<\/em> It provided an opportunity to strengthen ties within our group while fostering a new vision with a strong focus on safety.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>What are your expectations at IPS?<\/strong>
\nI am highly motivated to continue learning and increasing my contribution to the company’s growth. I hope to keep working in a solid and close-knit team like the one that has formed over the past year, as I believe that strong relationships are the foundation of a stimulating work environment where we can grow together professionally.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>How would you describe yourself in three words?<\/strong>
\nPositive, optimistic, and altruistic.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>What do you like to do in your spare time?<\/strong>
\nIn my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, with whom I regularly organize five-a-side football matches. I am also passionate about motorsports: in addition to following major racing competitions, I like to do small restoration projects on historic cars.<\/p>\n
