Laminazione Sottile Group expands and strengthens its activity in the aluminium containers and rolls market with the establishment of a new production plant: Contital Turkey, based in Turkey.

The new production site covers an area of ​​approximately 6000m² with state-of-the-art production facilities: 20 presses, 6 rewinders and over 90 molds to meet the requirements of Asian and Middle East markets.

The Group business unit dedicated to the aluminium containers sector is therefore divided into 3 companies:

– Contital srl, located in Italy, is leader in the aluminium trays market and rolls for professional use, food industry and retail chains

– i2r Packaging Solution LTD, in the United Kingdom, has a specific expertise in the production of smoothwall trays, especially for the ready meals market

– Contital Turkey will produce trays and rolls in Turkey to meet the demand of emerging markets and to expand the range of products supplied by Laminazione Sottile Group
